We will store this form in a locked drawer at our premises and the information will be entered onto a computer database.  Access to the information will only be given to staff. This information will be used to send you a newsletter each month, updates and information about the charity. Your information will not be transferred or given to any other person/s without your express permission. We take your privacy very seriously and we will store this form in a locked drawer at our premises and it will be used solely for the purposes of the recruitment process.  Access to the information will only be given to staff/external representatives who are involved in the recruitment process.  All copies made will be destroyed after interview. If you are successful in obtaining a position with us, your information will be retained until six years after your employment ceases.  If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a position, your information will be shredded after 6 months following an interview or closing date. Your information will not be transferred or given to any other person/s without your express permission, unless we are legally or contractually required to do so.

We take your privacy very seriously and we will store this form in a locked drawer at our premises and it will be used solely for the purposes of the volunteer recruitment process.  Access to the information will only be given to staff/external representatives who are involved in the volunteer recruitment process.  If you are successful in obtaining a position with us, your information will be retained for the duration of your time with us.  If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a position, your information will be shredded immediately.  Your information will not be transferred or given to any other person/s without your express permission, unless we are legally or contractually required to do so. We take your privacy seriously.  The information provided on this form will be used to measure our service and we may use your anonymised comments in our publications and to feedback to funders.  We will store this form in a locked drawer at our premises and the information may be entered onto a computer.  Access to the information will only be given to staff.  Your personal information will not be transferred or given to any other person/s without your express permission. This form will be destroyed after 12 months.

We take your privacy seriously.  The information provided on this electronic form will be used to process your request to receive further information or to be booked onto a course or event.  We will use this information to contact you with further information about the event or course or to respond to your request.  Access to the information will only be given to staff.  Your personal information will not be transferred or given to any other person/s without your express permission.
