Transition to secondary school (workshop) This workshop will be aimed at parents of young people with Down syndrome due to transition from primary to secondary school or secondary school onto adulthood. It will discuss the different options available for secondary provision and beyond, the pros and cons of each setting, planning the transition and detail the types of courses available for your child/young person. Discussions on transport, direct payments, personal budgets and supported employment will be included. Free to family members (please contact the office for a code), otherwise £20.
